God knows things even before it happen. Trust God even when you feel lost, even when you cannot see, and even when everything is falling apart. Sometimes God’s blessing can look like drops of rain in our life, a rain that’s vital to make our seed of faith grow. Once I asked myself this… “What if trials is what we need to see God? . Trials are part of God’s healing, isn’t that we prayed a lot when we felt lost? But when we’re happy we forget that he’s there?
Just like in this crisis where most of the nation suddenly stop. An event where billions have lost their job, thousands have lost their lives. Establishments are close, transportation have stop. Do you think it’s a punishment from God, or would you rather think of it as a rain from Him. A rain that will washout those distractions that we have been embracing for quite some time now. A rain that will open our eyes to see the most important things that we have been neglecting. Through this trials, God revealed these idols that we have been holding on. Things that are not necessary bad like health, status and, money, these are just some of the things that we are adoring so much, instead of worshipping the Giver.
So the next time you feel like everything is falling apart. Remember, faith is not about everything turning out okay. Faith is about being okay no matter how things turn out. When God puts you in your learning season, embrace it, and take it as an opportunity to learn and receive His message.
God needs us to realize and to accept some things so that we can learn and rise up as a change person.
