The moment you wake up each morning, what’s the first thing that you do? Do you check your phone as your first activity or do you pray and thank GOD for giving you another day? Do you take pictures of your food instead of praying before eating? Most of us our guilty of this, we do sometimes say, “Here God, take this part of me, but I’m going to keep the rest.” A lot of things fill up our time and deplete our physical energy when it should be devoted to God. Things like, our hobbies, friend, our job or social media are not bad in and of themselves, but when we put them in a place above God it becomes idolatry. When these things control our life it becomes an enslaving addiction. When we put God in the center of our life and do what pleases Him it will affect
the rest of our life and ripple out to others. Like our family and friends, our church family.
